Once you ordered a lab kit online from a lab you or your provider selected, complete our questionnaire form, select your appointment date and time. Our staff will contact you to reconfirm the information. Please call or text 585-551-6127 for immediate scheduling. We'll travel to your home or business to collect the samples and process them the same day. We don't receive the results, the provider/ lab will release the information to you. As of 7/9/2025, we have satellite offices across the region, while our office is preparing to open this fall. Please read our policies regarding our travel.
